Disconnecting from QuickBooks

You can revoke Krista's Cockpit's access to a QuickBooks Online company file at any time, in either of two ways:

1. From within the application

1. Open Krista's Cockpit and go to the connection settings.
2. Choose Disconnect. The application revokes the connection and deletes the stored access tokens from the operator's machine.

2. From QuickBooks Online

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
2. Go to Settings → Apps (Manage / Connected apps), find the app, and choose Disconnect.

After disconnection the application no longer has any access to the company file, and stored credentials are deleted. All API activity is logged by Intuit. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.
